Raise the Rates!

Grade 12 Social Justice Students: Mathew Pounden, Teacher Danielle Huculak, Jaelin Ellis, Kaeleigh Gaunt, and Chris Moore.

Five Social Justice students from Belmont Secondary took on the “Raise the Rates” challenge to bring awareness to the amount of money the government allocates to those living on social assistance. Busy Day @ Belmont: Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock & Spin-A-Thon

An exciting day at Belmont Secondary as Tour de Rock rolled passed the school this afternoon. Students eagerly waited outside to cheer on these brave athletes – setting a great example of community spirit.
